Preparing for an Appointment

-Signer must appear in person with a valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, consular identification, or government-issued nondriver identification card)
-If the signer does not have acceptable form of ID, they may bring a Credible Witness. The Credible Witness must know the signer and take an oath verifying for the ID of signer. The Credible Witness may be asked to provide additional information to assure the Notary of their identity.
- Bring documents requiring notarization completed and without signatures.
- Be prepared to pay fees for services rendered. In addition to services, there is a $5 flat rate travel fee + .67 cents per mile.
